Unitas Conference 2011
The 2011 annual conference took place on November 10th at the Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel on the outskirts of Birmingham.
Hosted by Birmingham based member Perkins Slade, over 125 delegates from member companies and partner businesses attended.
Topics as diverse as claims fraud and managing client relationships were presented on. One of the highlights was a presentation by insurance industry commentator Tony Cornell who looked into his crystal ball as to what is in store for 2012 and beyond.
The day rounded off with a dinner and a very entertaining interview of 3 times world champion gymnast Beth Tweddle.
Unitas announced its 2012 charity fund raising initiative to support Cancer Research UK and raised over £1,200 on the night to kick start our efforts.
