The Unitas Proposition

Unitas was founded in 1997 to offer a direct alternative to the National and Global brokers.  By coming together as an Alliance, Members could gain all the benefits of a larger organisation from sharing information and working together, whilst retaining their full independence.

Today, Unitas Members control over £900 Million premiums and employ over 1,100 members of staff.  Members retain strong local insurer relationships, however also have access to London and Global Markets through our two Lloyds Brokers.  This enables Members to remain close enough to their clients to deliver a local, independent and unrivalled service.
