Structure
Unitas Alliance Ltd (UAL) is a company limited by guarantee and is equally owned by all of its Members. Its strategy is set by UAL's Board, which is made up of the Managing Directors’ of the 12 Member firms. This is then delivered through Central Office and its Project Groups.
Unitas’ Central Office is the hub of the organisation and ensures that Members, Project Groups, Partners and all other relationships are managed effectively and for the benefit of the Alliance as a whole.
Catherine Bragington, Operations Manager
Having been seconded to Unitas as a fresh faced graduate trainee back in 1998, Catherine has remained with Unitas over the last 13 years. Involved in all facets of the Alliance, Catherine ensures that all the strands of the organisation work closely together for the wider benefit of all.
Caroline Kearney, Administrator
Caroline is providing administrator duties while Catherine Bragington is on maternity leave.
Mike Langton, Executive Director
Mike joins Unitas from 1st November 2011 as Executive Director, and is responsible for development of the Alliance and to assist members and partners in achieving profitable growth.
Tim Ryan, Chairman
Tim took over the role of Chairman on 1 January 2011. Tim is MD of member Ryan Insurance Group and brings a sales and marketing direction to the Alliance. Tim is also Board Sponsor of the Communications Project Group.
